It seems to me that working out of the house for a woman is very good provided that they have working conditions outside the home to make your character more independent than before

I think women should having a job. choosing a job dependent on they’re personality. their job helps them to improve their knowledge .and they can see another world that there is out of the home. They can buy everything that needs them without associate with anybody
