نکات آموزشی مفید:
(1) در I’m where I’m meant to be - الان جایی هستم که همیشه دلم می خواست باشم
کلمه ی meant قسمت دوم و سوم فعل mean است که یکی از معانی مختلف آن “قصد داشتن، خواستن، در نظر داشتن” است که طبق آنها در اینجا بنابر فضای آهنگ اینگونه ترجمه شده است.
(2) در Now that I see you - یعنی حالا که تو اینجا پیشم هستی
معنای لغوی رایج برای فعل see “دیدن” است. این ترجمه در اینجا به این دلیل است که وقتی کسی را روبروی خود می بینید یعنی آن شخص کنار شماست و یا پیش شماست.
(3) در All those days, chasing down a daydream - همه اون روزایی که توی این رویا غرق بودم
کلمه chase یعنی “دنبال کردن، تعقیب کردن” و down به معنای “پایین” است. در اینجا به دلیل وجود کلمه dream یعنی “رویا” اینگونه ترجمه شده است چون معمولاً اگر به رویایی زیاد فکر کنیم یعنی در آن رویا غرق می شویم.
(4) در If she’s here, it’s crystal clear - که اگه پیشم بمونه، همه چی خوب و عالی میشه
عبارت crystal clear یعنی “آشکار و واضح، کاملاً شفاف”. وقتی همه چیز کاملاً شفاف و واضح باشد یعنی همه چیز خوب و عالی هست.
