Such a nice topic for this week, also deep and serious 
Absolutely we need committed persons in societies, relationships, careers
At the time when I consider commitment in my mind first man appears in my mind is a Japanese chef and cook named Jiro.
He is 95 years old now and he cooked sushi all his life in any situation even if he got fired or before he had many customers.
He continued making sushi and he became so skillful in his work that when his costumers want to eat sushi in his restaurant they reserve one month ago and pay expensive price for his delicious sushis 
Whether it’s business or a relationship it’s the same,
tough times will arrive then we have to have perseverance, forgiveness and continue passionately, committed for a successful relationship which leads to a deep happy life 
I know it’s not easy but commitment has lots of benefits .
By the way there is a documentary about the Jiro
the sushi chef you can whatch it later

I’d have to say I don’t think I have commitment issues in spite of not caring at all.
I’m committed to my relationships.
I’m dedicated to my work.
So, I can say it’s got a considerable role in my life.
But on the other hand, I’m also self-centered.
And that means I’m the most important thing in my life.
So, I only commit myself to something as long as I’m happy.
And that’s when that “not caring thing” kicks in. 
But I’m just kidding, you know, I’m never pleased with hurting other people’s feelings.
And that “not caring thing” is just for myself. I don’t care about my own problems. Whenever something happens, I’m all like: “That’s okay; It’s gonna turn out fine”. And this makes me immune to the fear and therefore doing nothing about the problems.

Honestly, this is my first time here, so I guess it’s sort of a challenge or sth? I’ll just go ahead and see if I’ve got it
Commitment as in the term itself is defined to be the obligation to an act or being dedicated to sth.
So if you’re committed to sth, no matter how hard it is or how much time it takes to be done, you do it. It’s one of the most important attributes that one should have in order to achieve their goal.
I guess every person is committed to sth. It seems impossible to me that someone could be free of any attachment to anything they should take care of.
I personally am committed to my responsibilities. At least I try my best to be. That includes both my work and my relationships. I’d hate to disappoint anyone dear to me. Although, I am also self-centred at times, which I don’t think is a bad thing
I am so very honoured.

It’s possible. Every truth has many angles in which you can look at it from, you see. I actually have three accounts. I’ve never used all of them at the same time. And I just have one, cos I don’t have the passwords to log into the other two.

I think it was one of your greatest writings. To start with, it is positive 
and then good content.(even though I know in your previous writings you were playing devil’s advocat) (just kidding, I just saw this idiom “play devil’s advocate” and trying to use it )
I do not think that not having long relationships with people necessarily means we’re not committed.
Most of our relationships have started without any commitments at first so cessation of those relationships won’t lead to lack of commitment.
