Anyone knows any platforms to look for native language partners

Hi friends how are you? How’s going learning English
Does anyone know any communities or platforms for finding native language partners?
I already have tested Hellotalk platform to find native language partners, at the moment I try to improve my Arabic and English, Good lucky and fortunately I could find some Arabic friends who are serious language learners as my long-term language partners to practice together Persian and Arabic
But unfortunately I’m still looking for an English friend as long-term language partner to improve my English
Platforms like Hellotalk aren’t helpful to find serious learners as language partners and it looks like Hello talk is a cemetery that people are not serious and active about language learning
Can you please introduce any app and communit which people are really serious and active about language learning?
I tested Hellotalk, tandem, speaky and italki I think aren’t helpful to me because they’re like a cemetery
