Hello guys

Ok, the third Challenge is here.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the previous ones.

We’ve chosen the Sleep topic last week, so here we go…

Answer these questions and talk about this subject as much as you like then the other members will listen to you and talk to you about them.

  1. How much sleep do you usually get?
  2. Why do some people sleep well while other people do not sleep well?
  3. What do you do when you have trouble sleeping?
  4. What time do you usually go to sleep? What time do you usually get up?
  5. Have you ever slept in a strange place that was not a bed?

About the next topic. Share your suggestions and if you don’t have any, choose of these:

  2. Your priority must be recording and talking but if it’s not possible writing in English can be your second choice.

code Meaning
CC Chit - Chat
RTT Related To The Topic

CC will be used when you are specifically talking to a person and you don’t want anyone else to talk to you about it.

for example:

In this picture, I recorded a voice specifically to Farzad and it’s not related to the topic that we are discussing, so anyone can avoid it and save some times.

RTT is about the main topic and by using this code you are saying " this voice is free for discussion."

Like this one:

So now everyone knows that this voice is related to the topic and is free for discussion.

In this way, we prevent all the spams and there is no need to listen to all voices, especially the ones that are not related to all members

If you don’t use the code RTT, by default we assume that the voice is related to the topic.

But please use the CC code when is needed

sleep is related to subconsious.when your subconsious is full of stress or is worried so you can’t sleep well and maybe you see bad dreams.
also kind of food that you eat or the time you sleep have effects on your sleep.
amount of time you sleep is very important for your health.
because at that time your body starts to recovering and getting refresh.
and if you don’t sleep enough it 's harmfull for your body.
about me I sleep about 8 hours a day from 1 am to 8 am.I know it’s not so good but I can’t do any thing about it.
I’m a calm person in outside but my subconsious is full of stress I usually don’t sleep well .I see mess dreams without any rules.
forexample at a moment I see I’m talking with my sister and 2 secounds later I’m on an ship and sth like that.
like Alice in wonderland. when I was reading this book I felt terrible and just tried to finish it.
the most strange place that I had slept was in a train.because it was almost to miss the place that I wanted to get off and it happend for several times.
A place that I wanna sleep there should be silent and dark compeletly so I had lots of problems with my roommtes when I was an university student because at that time I was an early person and I alaways slept early but my roommates slept to 1 pm or even more.
they said me you’re like a hen but I didn’t care and kept sleeping early.
I really enjoy sleeping when I am too tired so I don’t see mess dreams.
when I can’t sleep I think about my goals and future or I remember sweet memorises.

thanks for your complement.
this was my first recording and naturally i was drowened in stress.
i use zabanshenas for more than a year but for recent 5 months im obsessed with it and enjoy it.
