you were relaxed, confident and everything was ok. 
I’m just gonna give you some tips to make it better next time:
*It will be much better to sum up your words in like 5 minutes, max.
Because, you know, sometimes people see the duration and they’re like:
10 minutes!
I don’t have time for that! And they just skip it.
*If I’m not mistaken, I noticed somewhere at the beginning you said: I’m not agree
which is a common mistake and the correct way to say that is: I don’t agree.
*You may wanna speak more energetic next time, pay more attention to the intonation. This way you will keep your audience interested till the last second.

من عاشق این سریالم 
اینجا understanding صفت هست، به این معنی:
اگه understand در جایگاه فعل در زمان حال ساده استفاده بشه، میشه:
I understand و در حالت منفی: I don’t understand
اگه در زمان حال استمراری
I’m understanding _ I’m not understanding
و گذشته ساده:
I understood _ I didn’t understand

خب اولا که:
I understand what you’re saying
دوما اینجا بهتره از I know یا I see استفاده بشه. I understand معنیش فرق می‌کنه که شما به جای “متوجه هستم” به کارش بردین. در این صورت بهتره از دو موردی که گفتم استفاده بشه.
