I want to talk to you honestly. I think this my insomnia problem comes back to my depression.

Unfortunately, my grandfather passed away last month and this disaster had devastating effect on me and this made my depression worse.

But I think it goes back to my 20th. When I was an undergraduate student.

To be honest with you, I have a depressed personality! My depression slowly began at the age on 20th, when I was an undergraduate student. So much so that during my doctoral studies, my depression reached its peak! I strongly guess that my insomnia stems from this issue.
