So, today we want to talk about habits.
In one of my classes we decided to have a free discussion for this one, and it turned out to be fun and challenging! Now, let’s talk about it here.
BTW, “habit” means a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.
First of all, please remember, try not to let it exceed 200 words.
Secondly, if you have no idea what to write about, don’t worry. You can simply answer the questions but again, don’t forget to include your ideas too.
Next, if you want to receive feedback, let me know.
Questions:
Are we born with our bad habits? Or do we acquire them from the environment surrounding us?
What bad habits do you have? Name two or three of them. How do they annoy other people?
Do you try to break them? How can you get rid of them?
To be honest, I think that our character, the kind of person that we are, is mostly related to our habits.I believe that we see and do things in a certain way, simply because we’ve trained our brains that way for years, without even being aware of it. So, story short, I think that our habits make us who we are. They are our way of doing things, seeing things and even feeling things. And funnily enough, I guess that’s why we are always able to change. To decide to see, live and feel differently. That’s Why we can, with a little practice, train a bitter tongue to be less damaging, a stubborn head to be more accepting, a pessimist to be more hopeful. And looking at it this way, makes the word “possibility” shine like a newborn, brilliant star inside the tangled jungle of words in my head.
One of my good habits(at least I think it’s a good one), is that I write when I feel too deeply. Like when I’m very, very sad or happy or even mad. I write in those times. And I like it because I think writing is what keeps me, frankly speaking, human. Why is that? Well, that goes back to my three very, very bad habits. Absorbing too much, thinking too much and caring too much. That means that I am more aware of my surroundings. That in my eye, a simple act from people can buy them respect or disdain from me. So, I pour my thoughts and feelings on paper. To stop them when they are likely to overwhelm me and make me do things which I know will bring me nothing but regret.
We just use our environment surrounding as our excuse
(I told u this one before) : I can be angry faster and more than it could
I can’t sleep early
Im addicted to caffeine and if I do not eat it, I will be nervous and upset all day
First one: don’t need explanation
Scond: I think this one don’t annoy other people…
Third: its just a big expense for my family
I have a habit of liking some posts in a challenge without reading them It’s because I’m lazy but I like to support them:heart:
And … jeez… are you a teacher? Matin ? I feel like I have to behave you more polite or you know … kind of … how old are you man ? You never talked about yourself, just want to put us in challenges eey ?
One of my strangest habits is to go to toilet more than I need I do it just for fun for example After an hour of practicing or reading I go to bathroom unconsciously , it’s a way to relax my mind
My good habits are rare but I can say … for example: waking up early in the morning , and being carful about my stuff especially my charger
Let’s make it serious…
Habits can lead our life into the right way … It’ll be wonderful If we just try to make a habit of everything we need to do for achieving our goals…
Genius everyone bloody knows that
But everyone knows that it’s almost impossible to do it otherwise all people would be perfect !
What the hell am I talking about , I never talked this much , I would be bored if I had to read all of this crap
And as I’m watching it , I see hundreds of stickers
Yeah I think teaching people can help the teacher grow … By the way this is English and you love it , so it’s not boring at all . I will teach people someday if I’ll be able to .
And I agree I stay up late some nights but I often wake up early in the morning because as I said it became a habit and also morning is my favorite time of the day .

One of my bad habits is that I usually care way too much about things or people with a wee bit importance in my life. I think it’s harm in one’s life is so very obvious in a way that there is no need for me to give you extra explanations about it, but I also feel this urgency in myself to write briefly about one or two of them:
When you care too much about things or people with less effect or even importance in your life, one of the inevitable consequences of such care happens when you encounter with people who do not care the way you care about the things you think that both of you must care, and therefore you may get hurt both mentally and emotionally. In addition to that, paying too much attention to that kind of stuff may also prevent you from focusing on noteworthy things in your life, namely having a real talk with your loved ones or even sticking to your goals.
Because I don’t like my defects to hurt anyone, sometimes I think I’d better stay away from them for a while, especially whenever I feel I’m being too fussy.
