Hello Ms. Parvin, I loved to record my voice but unfortunately, I can’t due to my Allergy problem.
But your story was pretty much inspirational and I loved it. I had two surgeries on my wrist and had taken two years rest to recover completely. BTW last month I’ve started going to the gym and I’ve been having hella fun lately.
As you mention I don’t feel tired and depressed anymore and I have plenty of energy now.

رفتن به باشگاه برای من خیلی وقت گیر هست خودم الان یک ساله ورزش میکنم تو خونه ولی قبلش زیاد درموردش مطالعه و تحقیق کردم و به رشته کلستنیکس علاقه زیادی دارم که جالبه بودنید کلستنیکس ورزشیه که تو خونه هم میتونید انجام بدید و توصیه میکنم درموردش تحقیق کنید منابعی هم معرفی میکنم که بیشتر آشنا بشید ولی توصیه ام اینه که کسی که میخواد خودش شروع کنه باید برنامه داشته باشه و نیاز به یه کم تحقیق هست

سایت های خوبی تو این ضمینه هستن امیدوارم مفید واقع بشه سایت های دیگه هم هستن که رایگان تمرین بهتون میدن و… که خودتون میتونید چک کنید.
تا قبل ورزش من زندگی کسل کننده داشتم و به مرور میدیدم که بدنم داره رو به بدفرمی میره همیشه خسته بودم بعد از شش ماه شایدم کمتر تاثیرش تو زندگیم خیلی خیلی زیاد بود وارد جزییات نمیشم فقط اینو بگم که اگر حتی کنکور دارید ورزش کنید فوقش 40 دقیقه زمان ببره مثلا، ولی بازدهیی که از ساعت های مطالعتون میگیرید خیلی بیشتر هست نسبت به کسی که ورزش نمیکنه
