Before exams I usually get anxious.
I can’t usually calm down Myself.
but I try some ways that I know is beneficial.
The first thing I do is that I tell myself
“good things will happen”
Then I tried to take a deep breath.
And if I don’t come down l will revolve around the pillar.
"Or sometime I listen to musics like"lady Gaga
Or I watering the flowers and watch my flowers in the greenhouse.

When I am anxious, I deceive my brain.
Instead of trying to calm myself, l tell myself that I am just excited. For example I am just excited about my exam, etc. I’m just excited about that, I am just excited… .
And it works because there’s a science behind it.

I’ve started learning English about 2 to 3 months ago.
Interesting. But I guess we shouldn’t release it when we are so angry, actually when your anxiety becomes a great anger and could make a resentment…
For example try to drink coffee before the exam , of
course your going to have anxiety much more , instead you can take some natural Sedative plant , of course your gonna have a good score…
Of cours you are right. But sometimes anxious going" to be more than normal, it’s depends to the situation.
. For exam test it’s good, of course not to much .For example how if you forget a simple question?! Then your anxious become to anger.
In boxing on the ring , you have anxiety first, but after two or three punches you receive, also your anxious become anger and you can’t even think… how to fight back, or running around the ring.
It’s good in my opinion, if you know how to manage it . Specially at the situations like fighting, or a text exam.
