Hotel California ترانه‌ای قدیمی از گروه Eagles در سبک Soft Rock این ترانه در سال ۱۹۷۸ توانست جایزه گرمی را از آن خود کند.
در ایران شاید مشهورتر از خود ترانه، موسیقی ملایم و زیبای آن باشد که اساسا توسط گیتار اجرا می‌شود. اما قصه ی متن ترانه نیز به همان اندازه زیباست. متن ترانه‌ی هتل کالیفرنیا (اینجا می‌توانید آن را با ترجمه‌ی ابراهیم نبوی ببینید) حکایت از هتل لوکسی دارد که " هر وقت بخواهی می توانی تسویه حساب کنی اما هرگز نمی توانی آن را ترک کنی". در این مورد بیش‌تر بخوانید
